Echoes of Fern Gully

Oct 17

An Eco-Ballet

We cast our minds back to the environmentalist message in the 1992 animation cult classic, FernGully, and explore a meaningful tale at the nexus of the infinitesimal and the infinite, amidst the overwhelming power structures affecting both. A tender eco-ballet exploring the overlooked micro-worlds of nature -  seeds, insects, forest-floor mysteries - exploring the significance of interconnection and positive action, regardless of size, through the medium of ballet. An invitation to audiences to slow down, look closer, appreciate and protect. A message of the importance of biodiversity.

A Ballet for Contemporary Times.
